At Topdoon, we want every decor item to exceed your expectations. To ensure a smooth return, please review the following guidelines.
Order Cancellation
You can only cancel an order if the order has not yet been processed. Once the decor item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
Return/Refund Eligibility
30-Day Period: Please request a return within 30 days of receipt.
Item Condition Requirements:
Unused, in original packaging (including protective case).
All labels, instructions, and accessories intact.
No scratches, discoloration, or damage.
Return Process

→ Photos/Videos (if damaged)
Approval:
We will respond to your return request within 2 business days.
Refund Processing
We will refund your original payment method within 1-3 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
Bank processing time is 5-10 days.

We provide a free return label for eligible returns.
Non-returnable items
Custom-designed jewelry (personalized color/pattern).
Opened or used products (for hygiene/safety reasons).
Final sale items marked "non-returnable" at checkout.
